Cancellation and refunds
Cancel before a trial ends to avoid a charge. Paid subscriptions may be canceled anytime and remain available through the current paid term. Payments are not prorated or refunded except where required by law.
Privacy
We use account, vessel, and service information to provide and secure Boat Binder. Stripe processes payment details; Boat Binder does not store full card numbers. We do not sell personal information.
Service terms and data requests
Boat Binder is record-management software and is not a substitute for professional marine inspection, maintenance, safety, legal, or regulatory advice. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their records. We retain information as needed to operate the service, support account recovery, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, email support@boat-binder.com.
